Property manager called STOP's 24/7 Recovery Hotline to report that a STOP-tagged laptop was found in one of their apartments. Caller provided the STOP ID Number, enabling STOP to quickly identify the owner, a schoold district in Georgia. STOP contacted the administrator, investigation is underway.
