The caller saw STOP's number on the STOP Security Plate affixed to one of the loaner devices.STOP identified the registered owner by the STOP ID in our database and notified the administrator at the firm, and recovery is underway.

The STOP Security Plate had been forcefully removed, but the "Stolen Property" tattoo with our hotline number remained affixed. The officer provided the serial number, which enabled STOP to identify the registered owner. Verification and recovery process is underway.
