Good Samaritan called the STOP 24/7 Recovery Hotline to report he found a STOP-tagged laptop on Amtrak train bound for Boston from NYC. STOP identified the registered owner of the device by the STOP ID on the Security Plate and notified them. The laptop was returned to the registered owner. Case closed!
