STOP respects your right to online privacy. This policy serves to inform you on the kinds of information we collect and how we use it. When you choose to share personal information with us, we will not sell, rent or give it away to any third party.

Information we collect and how we use it:
When you decide to purchase a product or service, we ask for specific information such as name, mailing and billing addresses, telephone number, e-mail address, equipment information, credit card number, and expiration date. This information allows us to complete your purchase request and ship product to you.

When you decide to register your equipment tagged with STOP Security Plates, either through your online account opened by you on this Web site or through our Web-based STOP Monitor service purchased by you, information collected is name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and equipment type protected by STOP Security Plate. In the even, registered equipment associated with your information is reported found to us, we will refer to this information in order to contact you to arrange for the return of the tagged equipment.

In the event that STOP is contacted by known law enforcement or security agencies such as the police, the FBI or the Transportation Security Administration regarding your STOP-tagged equipment, we may provide them your registered equipment details, as well as your contact information, depending on the circumstances, to expedite the return of the lost, stolen or missing STOP-tagged item to you. In such cases, STOP will do all possible to immediately communicate the details of these events to you.

If equipment you have tagged with STOP Security Plates is reported found and you have registered your name, address, phone number and/or e-mail address using the online registration process, we will use this information to contact you to arrange for the return of this equipment to you.
