Good Samaritan called the STOP Recovery Hotline to report that he witnessed a suspicious person discard a STOP-tagged laptop and leave a restaurant establishment. The STOP ID on the plate is registered to a large corporate enterprise. STOP notified the security team there and recovery is underway.
